Consumer Rights
Product Description
We try to ensure that all items shown on the website are accurately represented however slight variations in colour and typefaces and layout may be experienced.
Price
Prices are exclusive of UK VAT and exclusive of delivery charges.
Delivery
We aim to post all orders within the time frame published in the 'Ordering Information' on our website under the header 'Delivery and Despatch', at the time of purchase.
You will be notified at the time of purchase of the applicable delivery charges.
Return of Defective Goods
We endeavour to despatch the goods to you in perfect condition. However occasionally goods can be damaged in transit and we are keen to rectify any problems as quickly as possible.
In the event that the product is defective, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible, but you must return it to us at your own expense within 28 days of receiving such product. See our 'Ordering Information' on our website under the header 'Faulty Goods'.
Privacy and Security

Your card details are transferred directly to our payment service provider Protx, for immediate authorisation and are not recorded or stored in our database. Once we have received authorisation from the payment service provider we confirm your order.

Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by English Law and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
