Greetingcards-online.co.uk specialises in cards produced by UK companies, so by buying your cards from us you are supporting small UK manufacturers. We do not import any cards from the Far East as we believe there are so many beautiful cards produced in the UK there is no need.
As a small greeting card manufacturer ourselves, we have seen a wide variety of amazing cards produced by small companies in the UK. We have also however discovered it is very hard to find these cards in High Street stores. So, we created greetingcards-online.co.uk to give you the opportunity to see and buy these beautiful collections of cards.
We have arranged the cards visually by ranges to make it easy to see the variety of cards available.
But don’t worry, if you want a quick search facility to find the card you need you can either select an occasion or a theme from the list on the left of our home page, or alternatively use our search box on the top of the home page in the same way you would search on the web. For example, if you type in – men dogs – will bring up a selection of cards with images cards with dogs suitable for men.

Many of our cards are hand made giving you not only a card, but a piece of art.

Our site is designed to make shopping easy for you and enable you to buy single cards that can be delivered to your door or chosen address within 24 hours of your order. (Orders placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday** will be despatched by first class post on the day of order.) Open 365 days a year - you are free to shop at the most convenient time for you.

Larger customer orders and other products we ask you to allow 28 days for delivery although we normally despatch within two weeks. For Bespoke items please call for delivery time.

Greetingcards-online.co.uk is a trading name for Event Styles Ltd. Event Styles is also a small UK Greeting Card manufacturer with its own ranges of cards, all of which are available for sale on this web site both wholesale and retail.

Personalised Cards
We offer you the opportunity to have your chosen card or cards personalised inside. Simply type in your message selecting the font you would like used and we will transfer your message directly onto your card. Logos can also be added. For large orders a proof will be emailed to you for approval before printing the cards.
Delivery Choice
For retail Customers we will deliver to the address of your choice, so we can either send your cards direct on your behalf, or have them delivered to you ready to sign.
You can also choose the date you want the cards sent, so you can order all the family birthday cards in one go if you prefer. We will make sure they arrive at the right times for each celebration. It’s all up to you, you may want to write your own message and deliver the card yourself, or have us do it all for you. Simply follow our straight forward instructions and we will accommodate your needs. Stock cards are dispatched within 3 working days of your order, so please allow enough time for delivery. For Corporate customers we will deliver to the address of your choice within 28 days of your order, unless otherwise stated. Gifts ordered may be despatched from a different address and therefore may arrive in a number of different packages.
Register your Friends and Family Celebrations
If you are always in trouble for forgetting Birthdays and Celebrations or simply find it an extra chore, we have the answer to your problems. Why not register your friends and family’s Birthdays and Celebrations with us? Just give us a few details about their interests and we will choose a suitable card for you.
We will then either send the card directly with your personalised message, or alternatively, we will send it to you in plenty of time to sign and deliver yourself.
Delivery and Despatch
For retail orders our cards are delivered using Royal Mail First Class delivery.
Retail orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of your order. The Royal Mail, deliver over 90% of their first class mail the following working day. But to ensure your card arrives in plenty of time please allow at least the following times for delivery. This particularly applies at Christmas when delivery may well take considerably longer.
UK - 5 working days – 8 at Christmas time
Europe – 8 working days
Rest of World – 10 working days.
REMEMBER TO USE A POSTCODE OR YOUR DELIVERY WILL BE DELAYED.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in Royal Mail Delivery. When orders are sent to you for personal delivery, an external envelope is used to leave the card envelope free for your own delivery.
Corporate orders will be sent either by first class post or by next day delivery** courier service depending on the size of the parcel.
** Some areas of the UK will take 2 days for delivery.
Pricing
All our products are priced individually depending on the size and type of product. The price excludes VAT and delivery which will be shown when items are in your shopping basket before purchase.
For individual card orders we only charge you for delivery, what it costs us to send your cards through Royal Mail. All cards are sent by Large Letter First Class Post.
Please be aware that companies making a delivery charge have to pay VAT on that charge and therefore 17.5% is added to the postal costs. The cost of First Class postage is calculated on the delivery address, size and weight of the cards and Royal Mail’s standard charges plus VAT. A full breakdown of the product prices and postage will always be clearly displayed in your shopping basket before you checkout. For corporate customers the cards are individually priced, but price does vary on quantities ordered. Postage and packing will be charged on Corporate orders.
Payment
Payment can be made securely on our site, using most credit and debit cards. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any other form of payment.
It is very safe to order from greetingcards-online.co.uk as we use Protx to process our payments, one of the UK safest credit card processing companies.
We at greetingcards-online.co.uk do not hold your credit card details, all your information goes directly to Protx’s secure environment. Protx will send a confirmation of your payment directly to you by email.
Cancel Order
Orders are processed quickly after you have placed your order. Once an order has been personalised or despatched an order cannot be cancelled. (See Return Order) However if you contact us quickly with a cancellation we will do our best to stop the order before cards have been personalised or despatched.

Return Order
If your products are damaged or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately by calling Tel: 0845 33 11 613 or by e-mailing us, on
sales@greetingcards-online.co.uk and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.
If you are dissatisfied with your products for any other reason, please return your order to us (at your own cost) within 28 days of receiving the product and we will refund your payment, 14 days for Business customers. (Less the carriage costs).
If you have simply changed your mind about your order and you wish to return your goods, then in line with the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) you can do so provided you inform us of this decision within 10 days of receipt of goods.
This directive does not apply where you have elected to add a personal message printed in or on the product and in these cases we are unable to provide a refund.
The goods must not be opened or used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us.
Once you’ve informed us of your decision to return goods under Distance Selling Directive, you have 28 days to do so at your own expense. Once goods are received at greetingcards-online.co.uk we will issue a full refund for the cost of the goods to your original payment method.
Please note this policy does have some limitations and does not apply to business customers.

Faulty Goods
If your goods are damaged, faulty or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately by calling Tel: 0845 33 11 613 or by e-mailing us on
